Alaska State-funded Treatment Centers

Alaska state-funded rehabs serve residents of the immediate community who need addiction treatment but lack the financial ability to pay the fees. Since there is no way for the state to fund the entire population of Alaskans who need, and cannot afford to pay for, rehab, the state provides funding to private rehabs to help fill the need. In Alaska, 73 percent of the rehab programs available receive some state funding for services to residents.
