Arizona Releases Medical Marijuana Rules

Arizona voters recently approved Proposition 203 – a ballot measure allowing Medical Marijuana facilities, and after months of development from the Arizona state health department, The Arizona Department of Health Services has released its rules today for distribution and use of medical marijuana.
The rules discuss the people eligible for medical marijuana, guidelines for medical marijuana cultivation sites, and locations where dispensaries can operate.
