Craig Robinson Busted in the Bahamas

Craig Robinson, an actor well known for his appearances as Darryl on the hit TV show “The Office,” made news headlines for something other than his acting this past week. Robinson was arrested while vacationing in the Bahamas.

While he attempted to board a flight, authorities found 18 capsules of ecstasy and half a gram of pot on his person and he was promptly arrested.

The excuse of “I bought these in America and didn’t know that they weren’t legal here” didn’t seem to work — Robinson had to appear before the country’s magistrate to exact a verdict. The comedic actor was charged with a $1000 fine, and was ordered to end his holiday short and go back to the United States immediately.

Robinson appeared in the famous marijuana culture film, Pineapple Express, as well as This is the End over this past summer.
