Participants in outpatient rehab programs undergo targeted and customized behavioral rehab that helps them address the root causes of their addictions and develop behavioral coping techniques to avoid relapse. Programs generally include group dynamics, individualized counseling, and a variety of supplemental therapies that are unique to each facility. Outpatient rehab programs are often covered by employer-based health insurance and may even be covered by Medicaid in your state.
